Ada Nurgozhanova: from assistant appraiser to director of PKF Valuation of Property Almaty

Ada Nurgozhanova is the Director of PKF Valuation of Property Almaty.

In 2008, she graduated from the Academy of Valuation and Construction with a degree in “Valuation.”

Ada has been working at the company for more than 10 years, with a total of 12 years of experience in the valuation field.

She began her professional career at the company as an assistant appraiser, became a leading specialist in 2018, acting director in 2021, and since 2022 has held the position of Director of the Almaty office.

Ada Nurgozhanova considers her strengths to be honesty, responsibility, diligence, determination, and the ability to accept other points of view.

According to Ada Nurgozhanova, during her time at PKF Valuation of Property she has developed and refined skills such as finding an individual approach to clients, the ability to listen to and understand other perspectives, independence, and responsibility in decision-making.

I have worked with these companies both independently and as part of a team. I plan to continue growing and honing my skills and professionalism at PKF Valuation of Property.”
