History and achievements of PKF Valuation of Property

PKF Valuation of Property began its operations in 2003.

From 2004 to 2006, the company opened four offices, including one in the capital of Kazakhstan. Today, 50 specialists work across 10 cities in Kazakhstan.

Between 2010 and 2014, the company began participating in the annual ranking by RA “Expert RA”, started cooperating with the analytical agency “EIU”, and worked with consulting groups JSC “Euroexpert” and LLC “Finexpertiza”.

In 2019, the company evaluated 2 million square meters of commercial real estate.

In 2021, the company became part of the global PKF International network, represented in 150 countries and 440 cities worldwide.

Since its foundation, the company has issued 110,000 valuation reports, including 65,000 for obtaining bank loans. All valuation conclusions comply with the standards and legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The professional skills of our specialists are confirmed by international certificates — RICS (United Kingdom, 2011) and CFA Institute (USA, 2016).
