Investing in the team: retraining PKF Valuation of Property employees

2022.10.04

PKF Valuation of Property is constantly developing. As a result, we have joined the international PKF International network, partnered with leading banks in Kazakhstan, and participated in large-scale business projects. This success has been achieved thanks to investments in our own development — and the main focus has been investing in our team.

Working with companies, and financial institutions requires specialized knowledge and professionalism. That is why our employees regularly undergo retraining and advanced training.

In March of this year, our specialist from the Atyrau office, Nurslu Serikbayeva, took part in a retraining course in “Real Estate Valuation.” She has been working in the company since December 2020.

Upon completing the basic training course and passing the exams, she received a certificate conferring the qualification of “Appraisers” and a certificate of membership in the Chamber of Appraisers.

Such retraining provides significant advantages. The employee becomes a qualified appraiser, gains a career promotion, and receives a salary increase.

Only employees with more than one year of experience in a valuation company are eligible to take the exam. In addition, they must complete a mandatory basic course at the Chamber of Appraisers in certain disciplines relevant to the specific exam.

The courses and exams are conducted by professional valuers — members of the Chamber of Appraisers.

All employee training is fully funded by the company to ensure that everyone can grow professionally and contribute to improving our operations.
