Liliya Uslontseva — director of PKF Valuation of Property office in Aktobe and top-category appraiser

Liliya Uslontseva is the director of the PKF Valuation of Property office in Aktobe and a top-category appraiser.

She joined our team in 2006, starting her career as an appraiser’s assistant, constantly developing and learning. In 2013, Liliya was appointed as the director of the Aktobe office.

Over the years at the company, Liliya has achieved the level of a top-category appraiser and has obtained three qualification certificates:

• Appraiser of movable property
• Appraiser of real estate
• Appraiser of intellectual property, intangible assets, business valuation, and equity interests in business

Liliya’s first higher education was in mechanical engineering.

Later, she obtained professional education in valuation: Qualification certificate of professional retraining No. 73 dated September 2, 2008, in the course “Valuation of movable and immovable property,” Pavlodar.

Certificate from LLC “Expert-Congress” on the topic “Features of valuation of aviation, railway, and water transport,” Moscow.

In May 2021, she successfully passed the exam and obtained the qualification of “Expert in valuation of intellectual property, intangible assets, business valuation, and equity interests in business.”

Liliya Uslontseva considers her main qualities to be high qualification, accuracy and punctuality in work, diligence, and multitasking.
