New certified appraiser joins the PKF Valuation of Property team

In June this year, another one of our specialists became a certified appraiser. Aigerim Dzhabasova joined PKF Valuation of Property in Aktau in February 2021, after graduating from university, as an assistant appraiser.

At the time of employment, she already had a higher education degree in “Valuation” from the Satbayev Kazakh National Research Technical University.

To take the exams and obtain a qualification certificate, an employee must have more than one year of experience in the company.

This year, Aigerim completed a special preparatory course, was admitted to the exams, and successfully confirmed her qualification.

The exam was held in Nur-Sultan and administered by specialists from the capital’s Chamber of Appraisers. As a result, Aigerim Dzhabasova received a qualification certificate as a Real Estate Appraiser.

Such professional development allows her to work with clients and manage projects independently, which opens up significant career growth opportunities.
