PKF Valuation of Property and Development Bank of Kazakhstan hold online meeting to enhance cooperation

On March 29, 2022, an online round table was held between the Development Bank of Kazakhstan and valuation companies. The meeting was attended by the heads of all PKF Valuation of Property offices from the cities of Almaty, Astana, Atyrau, Aktau, Aksai, Uralsk, Aktobe, Kulsary, and Zhanaozen.

The Development Bank of Kazakhstan specializes in financing and developing large businesses, including major infrastructure and industrial facilities within the country.

PKF Valuation of Property has been cooperating with the Development Bank of Kazakhstan for ten years. During this time, 9 major investment projects have been implemented, positively contributing to the development of the national economy.

At the recent meeting, the parties discussed the interaction between the DBK and external consultants—appraisers. As a result, they considered ways to improve cooperation and identified further actions. Adjustments have already been introduced into joint operations, helping to shorten the time required for report approval, which is a significant advantage for our clients.
