PKF Valuation of Property and Zhangir Khan WKATU: student engagement and career development

On February 14 of this year, another meeting was held with third-year students specializing in “Cadastre” at Zhangir Khan West Kazakhstan Agrarian and Technical University (WKATU).

PKF Valuation of Property has been organizing such meetings since 2017. In 2018, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the company and the university.

The purpose of these meetings is to establish direct communication between students and the company’s appraisers, and to select potential candidates for future employment — either while still studying or after graduation.

At the recent event, Galina Chekalina, director of the Uralsk office, spoke to students about the company, the valuation profession, how to begin a career in this field, how to become a qualified specialist, and more.

Following such meetings, our specialists conduct practical workshops for the students.

In this way, we share our experience with the new generation and help shape future professionals.
