Success story: Anastasia Egorova — director of PKF Valuation of Property in Atyrau
2022.10.04Today we introduce another member of our team — Anastasia Egorova, Director of PKF Valuation of Property in Atyrau.
In 2005, she received her higher education at the Atyrau Institute of Oil and Gas, majoring in “Engineer – Programmer.”
Anastasia Egorova is a professional appraiser, a member of the Chamber of Appraisers, and has been working with the company since 2005.
Anastasia joined PKF Valuation of Property immediately after graduating from the institute, at a time when the Atyrau branch was just opening and developing.
“I remember the interview. After it, I was told that I could start working tomorrow,” Anastasia recalls. “But an hour later, they called me back and told me to come in right away. That same day, I started working — and I’ve been here ever since.”
Over the years, Anastasia has obtained several qualification certificates. After successfully passing exams at the Ministry of Justice, in January 2013 she received a license to appraise movable and immovable property. In 2018, due to changes in the Law on Appraisal Activities, licensing was replaced with qualification certificates. She then obtained certificates for the qualifications of “Appraiser of movable property” and “Appraiser of immovable property.”
According to Anastasia, during her work she has gained extensive experience, honed her skills, and strengthened her professionalism. The company also provides opportunities for personal and professional growth and constantly encourages it. Anastasia is not stopping there — she plans to qualify as a business appraiser.
“I like that my work gives me opportunities for development. It helps me avoid standing still, to grow and self-learn. I really enjoy being part of this team, helping my colleagues, and always knowing that I will receive help and support in return,” Anastasia comments.
