Supporting young professionals: how PKF Valuation of Property partners with universities

PKF Valuation of Property actively collaborates with universities in Kazakhstan.

The company is committed to the growth of young professionals as future experts in the valuation industry. It also supports their education and future qualifications, not only under Kazakhstan’s standards but also through international certifications such as RICS and CFA.

In 2021, a memorandum of cooperation was signed with the Kazakh National Agrarian Research University. As part of this agreement, both parties agreed to facilitate student internships and future employment opportunities.

With the company’s growth and increasing demands from the international market, there is a strong need for qualified professionals in business valuation and IFRS-based valuation.

On February 25, 2022, another hybrid-format roundtable was held on the topic “KazNARU – Graduate – Employer: perspectives for effective partnership.”

Our Business Development Director of PKF Valuation of Property in Almaty, Rauan Katshybekov, took part in the event.

Rauan Baurzhanovich gave a presentation titled “The importance of dual education: combining theory and practice from the early years of study.”

The roundtable also addressed important issues such as graduate employment in their field, training competitive specialists, organizing guest lectures, and more.
