PKF Sales & Leadership Workshop 2025 | Astana | April 10–11

The PKF Valuation of Property team spent two days in Astana diving into the world of expert sales and leadership. Participants from different cities came together to learn, share experiences, and strengthen common approaches to client engagement.

The training was led by Sergey Losev — a business trainer, EBRD-certified consultant, expert in complex B2B sales, and author of the course “Expert B2B Sales.”

The intensive program covered topics such as effective negotiation techniques, building trust in B2B communication, managing the sales process, and working with real-life cases.

“Sales is not about persuasion. It’s a joint search for a solution to the client’s challenge” — one of the key ideas that united all participants.

PKF Sales & Leadership Workshop 2025 became not only a space for learning but also an important moment of team unity. We thank Sergey for the inspiration and structure, and all participants for their engagement and openness!
