Strategic Session of PKF Consulting Kazakhstan

On April 9–10, PKF Consulting Kazakhstan held its regular strategic session — a format conducted every three years to align approaches and define future development priorities.

The session was moderated by business coach and strategic management expert Qaisar Maqan.

The work covered both the strategic foundation — the company’s mission, vision, and values — and its practical dimension, including assessment of the current position and defining key initiatives within a three-year strategic plan. The session brought together employees from different cities and was held in an atmosphere of open dialogue and engagement.

As a result, key priorities and development directions were defined.
