Tatyana Galyanina was one of the originators of the Valuation of Property LLP, starting work in the company in 2004 as an assessor.
In 2005, Tatyana completed a professional retraining course at the International Academy of Valuation and Consulting in Moscow under the program “enterprise (business) valuation”, and in 2008 she completed a course at the Ernst & Young Academy of Business in the discipline “Financial Analysis I: financial analysis tools and example of their application”.
Also, Tatyana has two prestigious RICS certificates - the Royal Society of Certified Real Estate Specialists (Great Britain) on the topics “Basics of Business Valuation” and “Practical Issues in Valuation of Real Properties for IFRS Purposes”
In February 2020, Tatyana received the Certificate of the Chamber of Assessors for intellectual property and intangible assets valuation.
Tatyana is an assessor of the highest category, having qualification certificates for assessment of all possible items - real estate, movable property, business and intangible assets.
During her work, Tatyana has completed many works on valuation of various types of property.
Currently, Tatyana manages the work of five assessors in Almaty, holds meetings with the heads of client companies.
Work experience in valuation is 15 years.
